Steps to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to support@studysky.in and CC shubhamchoubey151999@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

In your email, please include the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Your Email Address (the same as provided during your enquiry)
• Your Mobile Number (the same as provided during your enquiry)
• Reason for Data Deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 3 to 5 business days. It is important to use the same email address and mobile number you provided during your admission enquiry for verification purposes. If the provided details do not match, your request may be delayed or not processed.

Types of Data We Delete or Retain

Upon processing your request, the following types of data will be deleted:

• Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Messages
• Preferred Service

Data that may be retained includes logs of the deletion request and communications related to the request, which are kept for a period of up to 30 days for verification and audit purposes.
